What for ?

“What we once have eaten in the restaurant finishes in our own kitchen”

 

Therefore we have developed the “Green Table Label” project. As we all know the way we consume food and beverage has a huge impact on our environment. That’s why we want to raise the awareness of consumers on sustainable restaurants. Indeed, this label implies a certain quality of the food and the service. Not only will this label drive restaurants to use more sustainable dishes and propose eco-friendly dishes but it will also in the long run influence our eating habits.
